David Giordano is responsible for all federal and state government relations at HyAxiom, Inc. (formerly Doosan Fuel Cell America), bringing more than 30 years of public affairs experience to the position. Since joining the company in 2014, he has worked on a variety of fuel cell and hydrogen legislative and regulatory policy issues at the state and local level, in the Northeast and California. David also works closely with Congressional and Administration leaders, including the U.S. Department of Energy, to advance initiatives in the fuel cell and hydrogen sectors.

Previously he served as the Managing Director of his own government affairs firm, Panuzio & Giordano Public Affairs, LLC, representing both public and private sector clients on a variety of policy issues. Earlier in his career, David directed grassroots and political strategy for The Boeing Company. In this capacity, he worked with a series of external groups to form coalitions with the goal of influencing the public policy debate on several issues that were before Congress. David has been involved in a myriad of political campaigns at all levels. In 2006, he was the Deputy Campaign Manager for the historic independent reelection campaign of United States Senator Joseph Lieberman (I-CT).

David holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Union College (NY) and a Masters of Public Administration from George Washington University.
