Steven Rodriguez has been at Parsons since April 2022 and leads their Energy & Environmental sector in the Western US. In the Energy business, his team focuses on the multi-disciplinary engineering, design, and program/project management of projects within the utility, renewable energy including hydrogen, refining, oil & gas, nuclear, American manufacturing, and environmental markets. Prior to Parsons, Steven has worked at Lufkin, TJ Cross Engineers, GE, Superior Energy Services, and Cornerstone Engineering in leadership roles across the US and in the Middle East, North Africa, and Eastern Europe. Steven graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Law in 2006 and from California State University of Bakersfield with an MBA in 2009.
