Comments on CPUC R.20-01-007 Track 1A: Reliability Standards and Track 1B: Market Structure and Regulations, Workshop Report and Recommendations
On November 2, the CHBC submitted comments to the CPUC on R.20-01-007 Track 1A: Reliability Standards and Track 1B: Market Structure and Regulations, Workshop Report and Recommendations. The CHBC expressed its appreciation that the Workshop Report including a summary of comments in support of hydrogen by Dr. Jeff Reed on behalf of the CHBC at the Track 1B workshop, along with CHBC’s oral comments.
Additionally, CHBC was concerned and disappointed that the report’s recommendations completely neglect to include actions to examine or advance the incorporation of hydrogen into future state gas and electricity system planning.
