Reply Comments on CPUC Wireline Provider Resiliency Strategies

On August 21, the CHBC submitted reply comments to the CPUC for the Administrative Law Judge’s Ruling Requesting Comments on Wireline Provider Resiliency Strategies. The CHBC comments outlined the following points:

2. Opting for hydrogen fuel cell systems helps address Parties’ concerns about permitting burdens.
3. Support the Public Advocates’ recommendation to broaden the definition of critical facilities.
